HeveaBoard MUF
HeveaBoard MUF is a high moisture resistance particleboard conforming to the V313 standard. With traditional resin technology, the direct way of reducing formaldehyde emission of the finished particleboard is generally by mean of reducing the free formaldehyde within the Urea based resin itself. This will results in poor board properties and require longer pressing times.
However, with the introduction of PMDI compound into the resin formulation, such negative impact can be compensated by the excellent cross linking properties of PMDI that penetrate into the wood cell to create a superb chemical and physical bonding. With this, PMDI is able to balance out the processing disadvantages of the traditional resins.
