We refer to the announcements dated 3 March 2009, 1 September 2009, 3 November 2009 and 25 November 2009 in relation to the above.
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Company is pleased to announce that an office copy of the order of the High Court of Malaya sanctioning the Scheme, as approved by the Scheme Creditors, has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 28 December 2009 pursuant to Section 176(5) of the Act and as such, the Scheme has come into effect upon the said lodgment.
This announcement is dated 28 December 2009.
