September 1993 HeveaBoard was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of HeveaBoard Sdn Bhd
August 1994 Construction of HeveaBoard first particleboard manufacturing line was started
July 1996 HeveaBoard began commercial production on its first particleboard manufacturing line
Year 2000 HeveaBoard ventured into manufacturing and trading of Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) furniture through HeveaPac
April 2003 HeveaPac started hollow core RTA furniture production
May 2003 HeveaBoard became the first to successfully produce Super E0 (F☆☆☆☆) particleboard on a commercial scale in the region
June 2003 HeveaBoard Super E0 particleboard was tested and approved for JIS (F☆☆☆☆) standard by The Japanese Housing Technology Board
February 2004 HeveaBoard was converted into a public limited company and adopted its present name
August 2004 HeveaBoard celebrated its 10th year anniversary with its entire Group of Companies, having more than 1,000 employees from the Group participated in this special event
October 2004 Embarked on the construction of the second particleboard manufacturing line which increased HeveaBoard plant capacity from 120,000m3 to 525,000m3 per annum
November 2004 HeveaBoard obtained the final approval from the Securities Commission to list on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
December 2004 HeveaBoard launched its prospectus with a Public Issue of 15.04 million new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each at an issue price of RM2.00 per share and an allocation of 40.00 million warrants at no consideration to all entitled shareholders of HeveaBoard on the basis of one new warrant for every two ordinary shares held as at the entitlement date
December 2004 HeveaBoard Group achieved turnover of RM157 million, an increase of 46.98% over the previous financial year
January 2005 HeveaBoard was officially listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the category of Industrial Product
December 2006 HeveaBoard Group achieved a record annual sales turnover of RM163 million
August 2005 HeveaBoard commissioned the Wood Waste Thermal Oil Heater under the United Nations Development Program – Government of Malaysia (UNDP – GOM) sponsored by the Malaysian Industrial Energy Efficiency Improvement Project (MIEEIP) Demonstration Project. The project resulted in significant fuel savings
October 2006 HeveaBoard customers and invited guests from local and 10 Asia Pacific countries witnessed the first board rolled out from the new second particleboard manufacturing line
November 2006 HeveaBoard commenced commercial production of its second particleboard manufacturing line
January 2007 HeveaBoard marked the highest ever monthly turnover of RM10 million. Turnover for the Group exceeded RM20 million
March 2007 HeveaBoard Group number of employees reached 2,000
